Do you accept returns, refunds and exchanges for your shop?

Made to order items sales are final and items are non-refundable non-exchangeable.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and other intimate items can't be returned or exchanged.

Finished products can be returned and refunded. Contact me within 14 days of delivery to ask for a return or exchange. Then you may ship the item back within 30 days of delivery, only once the exchange or return has been accepted. Shipping fees are responsibility of the buyer.

How long does shipment take?

Most of the items are made to order. Please allow a period of 2-3 weeks before the item is ready to be shipped. I'll keep you posted and notify you by e-mail once the item has been shipped.

Allow between 3 to 7 business days once the item has been shipped.

How does Covid affect my orders?

Because of Covid orders might take longer to reach you than usual. Please be patient. This is a very small business where all the items are made by hand by one person. We will try our best to get the orders ready and fulfilled as soon as possible. Nonetheless, items might still suffer delays due to circumstances beyond our control affecting couriers. Thank you for your understanding.

Where do you ship?

If you are not sure if we provide shipment to your country of residence, please e-mail us before you place your order, we’ll try our best to find a way to ship to your country. However, we can't guarantee shipment to all the countries.

How can I take care of my clothing items?

Our designs are made by hand with love and care and hence they are delicate and meant to be treated with love. Check the item description and the label instructions when you receive the item. Most of the items can be hand-washed. In some cases, we recommend drying flat. And if they can be ironed, we always recommend ironing inside out.

Are small imperfections normal?

Any items that are hand-made are the result of a non-industrial process. Hence, small imperfections are part of their nature and what makes them unique and special to you.

How can I know what’s my size?

Each items is unique. Check the item description for specific measurements.

Who makes your designs?

All the designs are lovingly hand-made by Iris Mir.

Can I have a signed copy of your books?

Yes, we offer the option to have the books personally signed by the author. Make sure to live the name of the person the book is dedicated to when requested during the payment process.

Personalized copies of the books can’t be returned or exchanged.

Are membership fees refundable?

Due to the nature of this product (digital), any member fee is non-refundable

Can I cancel a recurring membership?

Yes, you can.

What happens after I cancel a recurring membership?

You will have access to the content until the end of the period you have already paid, after which you will no longer be granted access to that content. After you cancel your recurring membership, you will not be charged for any future payments.

For how long can I access my membership content?

For “one off” member fees, you will enjoy unlimited access to that particular content after your purchase. The unlimited access will last for as long as it is stated on the program. After that period of time, you will no longer have access to it.

What happens if I forget my membership password?

If you have issues log in into your account, you can reset your password from the SIGN IN menu. Click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions.

How do I access my membership account?

Click the SIGN IN title on the menu at the top right bottom. Enter your username and password to access the member content you purchased.

How do I reset my membership password?

You can only reset your password when you try to log into your account.

What are the payment options?

Paypal and credit card.

Can I save a PayPal account as a payment method?

No. Customers can only save credit card information and billing addresses.

Can I edit a my saved information?

Yes, you can edit your saved payment information.

How do I change my email address or password?

I you need to update your email address, you should create a new account. You can use the Forgot password? link in the Sign In window to reset your password.

It isn’t possible to change a customer’s email address or password on their behalf. This is something that the customer needs to do individually.

What is the level of your live workouts?

My live workouts are open to all levels. I provide options suitable to all levels.

What do I need to join one of your live workouts?

A non-slipping mat, non-slipping socks and some water.
