We live in an environment of disinformation and a lot of noise. Finding our voice, what we want, and how we want these aspirations to be manifested, is challenging.

But you know what? As I was trying to figure out the direction of my professional career, transitioning from full time to working as an entrepreneur, I found out there is no such thing as going against the tide. This is just another narrative we are being fed so that we fit in. We are free to be who we want to be!

The more we give ourselves space to write our own story, to follow our own path, the more we will give others the same amount of freedom to pursue theirs! Creating and leading positive change around us!

It may sound like a lot! But actually it is very simple. Remember there is no such thing as going against the tide!

All the women and other communities who came before us and who led the change and a call for freedom believed in that.

They stayed true to their voice, shutting out all the noise around them. Until they wrote a story of their own that proved the impossible was possible. That there is always room for more DIVERSITY in work and life.

The journey is not over though. Every day, we can leave small traces of positive change around us. Minimal efforts that take the shape of small increments of change that contribute to our mental wellbeing, to a better health and a more inclusive and sustainable environment.
