ONLINE EVENT VIA ZOOM
Let’s get together on the evening of Friday 19th June to recognize the diversity within our societies through the freedom of dance and fitness as we ease out of lockdown.
We have gone through months of unprecedented change, uncertainty and learnt to embrace adaptability.
As we progressively go back to our social lives, we want to embrace acceptance by celebrating diversity in movement.
Movement is one of the purest forms of self-expression and a great reminder of how equality and diversity can go hand in hand.
The session will start at 6pm with a 45min workout led by Iris to warm up and ground our bodies. After a 5 min break, Nandita will lead a 45 creative dance session open to all levels to create movement with our bodies, open to all levels. No previous dance experience needed.
This is a donation based online event.
All proceeds will go to the London Black Women’s Project working to combat violence in BME and migrant women and girls in the UK and abroad.
Booking via Eventbrite here.
